Definition of Fellow Competencies and Rubric

This rubric summarizes the competencies that Teach For Japan (TFJ) aims to cultivate in teachers through the fellowship program. It is aligned with the learning principles set by the Ministry of Education with some modifications as TFJ. This framework is used to determine the design and evaluation methods for each training workshop.
